We started as Eco Snow Removal in 2011, driven by a mission to change the snow industry in Colorado with ethical practices and environmental stewardship. By 2016, our commitment to our team led us to expand—when our snow crew wanted year-round work, we created that opportunity through lawn maintenance using battery-powered equipment. That’s how Eco Lawn & Garden was born.
Over the years, our vision kept growing. We realized our work was about more than snow or lawns—it’s about protecting Colorado’s native beauty and raising the standard for sustainable property care.
Why the change?
Broader vision: We go beyond traditional landscaping and snow removal with all-electric, zero-emission solutions for commercial properties and HOAs.

Martyn Church, CSP, ASM is the Founder and Head Visionary of Eco Conscious Company, a pioneering sustainable landscaping and snow removal enterprise based in Boulder, Colorado. With 14 years of dedicated service to Colorado’s Front Range, Martyn has transformed what began as Eco Snow Removal in 2011 into a comprehensive eco-friendly land stewardship company that’s redefining industry standards.
A passionate environmental advocate, Martyn leads his team of “Land Stewards” in protecting Colorado’s native beauty through innovative, zero-emission practices. Eco Conscious Company operates with 100% electric equipment, maintains an impressive 95% client retention rate, and serves commercial properties and HOAs throughout Boulder County with services ranging from sustainable lawn care and native plant installations to emergency snow removal.
Martyn’s path to leadership was shaped by resilience and a deep connection to the outdoors. After overcoming a life-threatening illness, he became a world traveler and outdoorsman—experiences that strengthened his commitment to protecting the landscapes and communities he calls home.
Committed to proving that businesses can thrive while actively protecting the planet, Martyn partners with AGZA (American Green Zone Alliance) to track and report environmental impact, helping clients understand the tangible benefits of choosing sustainable land care. With expertise spanning water-wise irrigation, native plant ecosystems, and cutting-edge electric equipment technology, he’s recognized as a thought leader in the sustainable landscaping movement. His perfect day involves meeting with clients, solving complex environmental challenges, and mentoring others toward more sustainable practices.
